Hi, I’m Lauren
Founder of Innate Body Academy, Innate Medicinary, and The Embodied Intelligence Bioenergetic Apprenticeship.
I support practitioners in mastering the subtle art of healing through clinical clarity, energetic attunement, and soul-level transformation.
Whether through tools like the Qest4, flower essences, homeopathy, or deep listening to the field, my work centers around helping others see what’s really happening beneath the surface, and how to meet it with precision, presence, and grounded power.
With over a decade immersed in natural and energetic medicine, my path has woven through herbalism, nutrition, functional diagnostics, somatics, flower essences, homeopathy, and ancestral healing traditions. I’ve served over 300 clients in a full-spectrum practice that blends complex case management with intuition, heart, and spirit.
I’m also a mentor to practitioners who are reclaiming their magic, those who know they’re here to serve in a deeper way and are ready to bring their gifts online in full integrity.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers.
But I walk this path, devoted, curious, and in awe of the unseen intelligence guiding us all.

Lab services are only available to practitioners based in the U.S. If you live outside the U.S., you're welcome to join the course, but it’s best suited for those who either plan to acquire their own Qest4 system or have access to someone in their country who can run scans.
In this apprenticeship, we won’t be chasing a singular “root cause(s)” or defaulting to protocols.

In every living system, frequency is the foundation. Everything in nature , including the human body, emits a measurable energetic signature. From atoms to ecosystems, all matter vibrates. And within that vibration lies information.
As practitioners, understanding this allows us to move beyond surface-level symptoms and begin listening to what the body is really saying. Bioenergetic testing is a non-invasive way of accessing this information. By analyzing frequency patterns found in hair, nail, saliva, and urine samples, we can begin to map the state of the client’s internal terrain. What’s resonant. What’s in disharmony. Where the body is asking for support, and how we can respond with clarity and care. Grounded in the principles of quantum physics and biology, bioenergetic testing helps us see the body not as a machine to fix, but as a field to read. When we learn to interpret this language with skill, humility, and respect for the process, we become more effective practitioners. And more importantly, we help our clients reclaim trust in their own body’s intelligence.
This work is precise. It’s deeply relational. And it’s changing the way we practice.

While prior experience with bioenergetic testing is not required, this apprenticeship is designed for practitioners who already carry a solid foundation in the human body and holistic care. To honor the depth of this work, enrollees must have a working knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology, and ideally hold a certification in a recognized holistic or clinical modality. This is a 6-month hybrid apprenticeship, blending pre-recorded teachings with live office hours, Q&A sessions, and guest speaker masterclasses to support both integration and momentum. All live calls are recorded to honor the diverse rhythms of our community, we know many of you are juggling client work, family, and life.
We encourage participants to move in pace with the cohort, as this supports both your learning and the collective field we’re co-creating. That being said, certification season take place at the end of each six-month cycle. If you need more time, you’re welcome to complete certification at the end of a future cohort. Certification unlocks lifetime access to our Graduate Portal, a space for continued mentorship, connection, and advanced learning.
